HandmadeUAE will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

In the Unitied Arab Emirates, we offer free standard shipping. For international orders, the cost of shipping is Dhs. 75. A very important aspect of international shipping is that we do not take responsability for any kind of additional taxes that may appear in the country of destiny. 

All the packages are shipped using Wings.com. The delivery time is 4 working days. You can track your parcel at http://www.wing.ae.

If the shoe needs to be custom-made in a leather that is not available, it can take us up to 2 weeks to ship it.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number after your order ships - keep an eye on your tracking number for the exact date of delivery!
Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
