Where are your shoes made?

Our shoes are handmade by artisans in different regions of Spain. Everything is made in ethical workshops, sustainable and fair-trade.

What if my items are damaged or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@handmadeuae.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of if for you!

Is your leather vegan?

No. We do not offer vegan leather products. Our leather is eco-certified and vegetal tanned. Through laboratory test, it shows that the toxic and chrome (an toxic element in the leather tanning process) level of our leather is 0, which means that our leather products are totally free of chrome and toxic. The leather we use is also by-product of food industry in Colombia, which means no animals were harmed in order to produce leather for our use.

My feet fall between 2 sizes, which should I choose?

If you are struggling between 2 sizes, we recommend you measure your feet, following the video in the size guide, and find the correct fit based on the sizing chart. My feet are a bit wide. Will the shoes fit?

Most definitely! Let us know in the note box during checkout that your feet are slightly wide, or send us your feet measurements. We will work the leather of the shoes to make them fit your feet in width. As an example, here's a review from our previous customer: ''These Colorines are AMAZING quality, and they're super comfortable! I received my shoes. They're a bit snug. Will my shoes stretch?

Yes, keep in mind that it's good for leather shoes to be a little snug in the width as they do stretch and start molding to your feet within the first 3-5 wears. We recommend wearing socks while breaking in shoes and wearing them indoors on carpet in order to increase comfort and still allow for an exchange if necessary.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number on the day it's shipped. Expressed shipping is available at your expense, and can be chosen during your checkout process.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes around 10-15 business days worldwide. Express shipping takes 72 hours worldwide.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Please send an email to info@handmadeuae.com to notify us of your request. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Once the returned package is received by us, we will refund you your payment, minus the original shipping cost (this may vary from country to country). Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we do. If you’d like a different size or another style, please send an email to info@handmadeuae.com to notify us of your request. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Once the returned package is received at below address, we'll send you the exchange item(s). You are responsible for paying for return shipping.
